Precautions for Use

1.All the products should be used and maintained in accordance with the methods of instructions for use.

2.It is not allowed to start the engines immediately with high speed. It should be started smoothly from low speed to high speed.

3.The fuel used in the diesel engine must be clean and should be allowed to stand for more than 72 hours.

4.The radiator type diesel engine should maintain the normal water temperature (75 ℃ ~ 95 ℃). In order to release cooling water, the radiator cover must be opened first and then unscrew the water switch on the cylinder block.

5.Normal operation of the oil pressure should be 0.2 ~ 0.4MPa.

6.The load should be strictly controlled. Over loading also should be prohibited. Otherwise it will affect reliability and life of engines.

7.Low speed running should be carried out after installment or replacement of injector. Running time should not be less than 30 minutes. Before installment or replacement, the element of injector should be washed by clean kerosene or light diesel oil in order to clear out rust oil.

8.In the course of running, the engines should be stopped timely if any abnormal phenomena turns out
